A special hello and thanks to my art collectors and admirers around the world…
Being an artist means so much to me. Having grown up on various beaches in Florida and traveling several places in our world provided me a life full of flavor and color that equipped me with the mindset of being bold, embracing my spirit, fighting through my fears, & having a caring heart. Knowing that those things will take me wherever I need to be in my life was key to finding my place in this world.
I presently live in Georgia with my husband, children, and miniature dachshunds, Gunner, Zipper, Costa, Luna, Spooky, and Rusty! It’s a full house! My pups are who became my initial inspiration in pet portraits. Dogs have always fulfilled my life and understood me when I needed understanding the most. What I didn’t realize was the impact they made for other people as well until after working for years as a veterinary technician for both day practice and emergency. Dogs, along with other animals, play such a vital role in our lives while they are with us and even still after they leave. My hope is that with each painting I complete I bring joy and happiness to those who need it.
Though most of my art consists of dogs, I am open to painting all animals upon request. From dogs to cats to even goats, I will paint whatever pet you have. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions!
